Arity getting ready for a clear out i was told today. The lawsuits taking their toll and now they have to trim.
Talk of Squaretrade having a reorg as well as not had a shake up since formed.
NatGen is already lean (probably too lean), is profitable and growing like crazy. You don’t mess with those divisions while performing well.
NGIC for one is actually making money...
Out of sight, out of mind. They buy shiny new toys…..then forget about them. They also don’t actually know how to operate the entities they acquire (or even create) so they can’t downsize them for “efficiency”.
