The biggest shareholders/stakeholders in Cigna are Blackrock and Vanguard - the same people that own most shares of the food industries, hospitals, and corporate banks! These are the same people that are part of the “swamp” that Trump talks about taking down.
Cigna mandated the Covid vaccine, which took away employees right of choice! They collaborated with Microsoft on the data gathered during Covid. Cigna has been slowly closing its doors along with other corporations.
Cigna‘s original intent was to be an insurance company, it turned into a money making industry that took doctors rights away - whether it was by changing their treatment plan, or prescriptions etc. Cigna also incentivizes doctors and customers by mandating vaccines, which we now know, have dangerous chemicals, and other treatments.

OP is right to be suspicious of the shareholders and what their motivations are.
OP is wrong to think Trump is going to "drain the swamp". Trump is a part of the real swamp.
But to Trump, the swamp is the civil service, the career non-political public servants that keeps our government functioning. Or rather, it is the members of the civil service who are loyal to our country and the constitution, and not to Trump, and so oppose his abuses. That's why he's firing everyone.
OP is right to be concerned about the way Cigna's share holders and the profit motive in general corrupts the mission of being a health insurance company.

OP is dangerously wrong about vaccines. If you can be vaccinated but choose not to, you better also not leave the house, otherwise your "rights" are interfering with my rights and freedoms.
