Can you still contribute to 401k, HSA and ESPP while on garden leave?
Garden leave of 2 months per WARN. Last day of work will be 10/13. They will pay out vacation and bonuses on this check. I think RSUs get paid out around this time too. Health insurance through 10/31, then 2 months company paid Cobra. Severance after 10/13 kicks in for whatever they give you.

Go on t-nation or whatever it is these days and search for severance. You have all the information internally.
