Thread regarding Open Text Corp. layoffs

I hope we get lucky with the next CEO

Not that I trust leadership to be capable of choosing someone truly competent, who’d be good for both us and the company. But I guess it can’t get much worse than Mark. Maybe, at least, the next round of layoffs won’t be outright sla-ghter.

With the short fall in revenue, next CEO probably is going to be a butcher - slash, cut, and sell.

The board of directors is still intact, except for MB exit.

They are the ones that installed the MB regime, and stuck with it long after it was clearly a disaster.

So, we can expect more dysfunction from the dysfunctional Board of Directors unless shareholders revolt and change it.
