What portfolios is OT selling?

Long before Mark was fired because he didn't meet the conditions of his PIP essentially, OT has been readying ADM and ITOM for sale. These will be the first to go.

The issue is those products are outdated—both the user interface and the functional logic are straight out of the last decade. Sure, the cloud business is holding up okay, but that’s not enough to fuel future growth. Honestly, there are tons of problems. It’s like an old truck that hasn’t been maintained in years—dumping unnecessary cargo might help, but the real root of the mess is the worn-out equipment and a bottom-tier management and maintenance crew.

We need to go back to the product stack (portfolio) we had 10 years ago. Sell off anything we purchased in the last 10 years not directly associated with ECM or EDI.

MB and his cast of incompetent managers cut the Cyber tech pool so deep it’s worthless. Competent engineers and visionaries have been canned or left. Product teams are treading water or sinking. The burden of process placed on product teams wiped out productivity long ago.

SMBC has no place inside a large enterprise company.
They should be sold or spun off
