The initial sticker shock and gossip is dying down, it's day 2, you have a sense of peace and hope, but also fear and uncertainty.
Enjoy this period, take a minute for you, the reign of Mark is ending, there will be more changes to remove more of the cult.
Celebrate the bandaid has been ripped off, and OT has an opportunity to heal.

I think there will be lots of OT products sell off. Which may be good for some and bad for others depending on your situation.

MB was the absolute worst CEO I have worked under. His minions interfere and micromanage, leaving the real contributors bogged down with process. I have never seen more capable engineers summarily dismissed. The entire executive team under him still remains, and need to go fast.
Not to defend mark but the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
Who know who the next CEO will be and what he/she will push for.
It may be better than mark or worse?
We could get job replacement by AI.
We could get a 5 day Return to Office Mandate
We could see a move to terminate all remote employees
Or it could be all sunshine and unicorns.
