Heard from a close friend that the coach K gym is going to be shut down and remodeled into office space. Also, that the sports center will be remodeled. Thoughts?

Highly unlikely.
It should be!!!! TWC is never available for bigger meetings! And would be great for people that currently have open seating to actual have a designated desk!!
Sounds like trolling but also sorta kinda makes sense (but then lots of trolling uses a sliver of sense as it's basis).
