If you are left standing and have a vacation balance over 100 hours, will you get paid for that?

Yup. Thank goodness for that. Because of that huge vacation check, and my final paycheck in July, I’m not sweating too much waiting for the severance pay.
As long as Chevron follows IRS guidelines, you'll get it all.
@bv You get the vacation and personal choice holidays (2 days). This is shown on my final pay slip. Don't use the holidays if you want it in cash.

@OP You'll get any unused, accrued vacation left in Workday. I'd take any personal holidays, though as they won't be paid out.
