Pretty much suprised that he was not replaced by AI. What a leader.

Some support manager roles, particularly in areas like EDocs, ITOM, and Documentum, appear to have limited impact on product delivery, in addition they lack competence. A careful assessment should be conducted to determine which roles add strategic value. Positions that do not align with the company’s goals or fail to contribute meaningfully should be considered for reduction to streamline operations and reduce overhead.
