This will necessitate structural changes to improve efficiency and align resources with product value. Some support management roles, particularly in areas like EDocs, ITOM, and Documentum, appear to have limited impact on product delivery, in addition they lack competence. A careful assessment should be conducted to determine which roles add strategic value. Positions that do not align with the company’s goals or fail to contribute meaningfully should be considered for reduction to streamline operations and reduce overhead.
Todd and the minions he brought in from the failed Teradata should go as well.
Really, get rid of Shannon. She doesn't believe in merit based employment, so nothing great will come out of her area.
