LinkedIn is full of resignations and I’ve seen people this week immediately pack up and walk out when told they were NSI. Is the #EXXODUS about to pick up again?

Can someone explain what I’ve heard about pushing 5% down? Did they enlarge the good/NI/NSI this year to push people out of the higher rank groups?
Make the media knows about the cr@p PIP, NSE, etc.
I'll be leaving soon! They can replace me with AI.
@cy not on my feed. It probably depends on who you connect to but I haven’t seen any KL resignations but have too many HC10 to count.
Most LinkedIn posts are from KL employees 3 or 4 years in moving to shell or Petronas after the poor saps at manufacturing sites have wasted 30% of their time training them and getting zero return.
I'm off after the summer. No future if you're HC10.
@az I guess you’re all lying about what you make then?
People routinely post claimed annual salaries here ranging from $200k-$350k.
The company has no loyalty to its employees. If you’re a hipo now by busting your butt and sacrificing family time for the company, it’s all forgotten the moment you take your foot off the gas. It’s hard to be loyal to a corp that does this.
Turns out people don't want to work somewhere they are treated like sh-t, go figure
Where’s that 300k salary your talking about ?
@a3 Those Boomers and Gen X used to think like you. Then they became the targets of age discrimination and came to understand why the older workers were so unhappy. The grumpy old people you see is nothing new. They were made this way after seeing their friends who gave all to the company unceremoniously PIPd after years of contributions. Careers cut short after making huge personal sacrifices for the company that were quickly forgotten. Ypu have highly technical engineers who sit on the code committees being told they are NSI. You are blaming the symptom not the cause. Of course these people are grumpy and feeling disenfranchised. Someday you will understand if you stay at the company long enough.
We can only hope.
I’m personally tired of the constant whining from boomers/elder GenX types who do nothing all day and pull $300k salaries. The company should just offer buyouts to these people.
