How to end this company faster

They have keep coming with excuses to extend the milking using phrases eg "Technical Debt", "Zero Client", "Cloud first", "Ai". Instead of a long protracted end the best way would be to make the Useless Brock the CEO and end it in 6 months, what do people think.

This is the problem, one manager like Useless Brock has a very bad influence on many others and his attitude turns the momentum of the company into decline.

The answer is to remove Brock then managers like Smithys, Cameruin and others would improve.

@ey it was Brock and his reporting line that made my mind up to leave !
Two layers of management that should be done away with.
UK delivery could be so much better, smarter, productive, agile, even revenue generating if they weren't there. Just blocker after blocker, I gave up and walked

If, as seems to be the universal view on these posts, this "Brocky" is indeed a complete and utter waste of space then get him out of the way - get him a season ticket to St James Park and he can spend all his time there being miserable as the 'toon have a terrible season given they didn't buy anyone this pre-season and even managed to lose their best forward ... it will at least distract him, and the rest of you can go back to quiet quitting, and wait for the big WFR

He really is useless and demoralising. Poor Smithy putting up with his patter this long. How he hasn't walked away from him I dont know. Poor kid.

I can feel a tribunal case coming on for how we've been treated. When enough people are ill with mental health problems. Maybe they'll ask what's causing it. It's him!!!

Useless Brocks phrases are "how to get folks to work for nothing", "we dont need skilled or experienced people", "everyone is a replaceable widget", "im not interested in quality, im a money greed man", "why aye pet","giz a man job"

He can ki-l of any positivity and morale fast.

I don't think the company has any way of exiting useless staff. It's 3 point appraisal scale lacks the granularity to find people who are underperforming and get worse. You can't complain about your manager or colleagues in an open and constructive way. When you do nothing happens. Managers have no clue what your doing so everyone's a 2. Everyone then gets whatever titbit of a pay rise is on offer. The lack of care across the company has pretty much ki-led it. It's everyone for themselves. It's too big a ship to change course. It needs breaking up and starting again. Rewrite everything from the ground up. It's too big a job so will we crash or just fade away?
