Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

What other departments were deemed critical and unable to take ERP?

I am in EIP and our entire department was deemed critical but I’m curious what other areas also got this designation. Would any others be willing to share their areas if you are experiencing the same thing?

Does this mean if you’re job is deemed critical and you cant take erp that you are safe from RIFS? Because that would really su-k if you were RIFFED after being denied ERP

I know a couple of guys in Medicaid who received the ERP email but were not allowed to accept

Marketpoint Sales for the email but at the bottom, it says Marketpoint doesn't qualify as we are essential. This disappointed a number of my teammates. Got them all excited and then pulled the rug right out from under them.

@aj I don't think they will replace the people who take ERP but if so, then it is obviously a way for Humana to just get rid of older employees. This wouldn't surprise me.

If your job is tagged Security, Engineering, and/or Data...then more than likely you job is deemed critical with a broad stroke.

@OP no care management... We got the ERP offer. And it is confusing because they are saying that they are planning to replace the people who take it.
