This is great news. Hand out the EOI’s. I am so ready to leave this place and plan a future elsewhere. Upper management has drawn this process out entirely too long. The workload for those that stay will be ridiculous with no real benefits in site. Next you can expect cost savings by cutting benefit plans. The staffing cuts will be far beyond the accepted EOI’s.
It’s time to move on with life. At least that’s my personal plan.
