I submitted my request 3 weeks ago and haven't received sh-t. Are they dragging a-s for any of you? Just sent a message to get something in writing.
The system shows this message:
"Retirement paperwork will be sent to you in the next five business days for you to review, sign, and return. Your pension payment(s) will not begin until your retirement forms have been fully completed and returned."
I doubt they're delivery dragging their feet. These things take time. Got my stuff done closer to a month time frame with required forms and such.

I submitted my request online in July and received a message via benefit connect a few days later with paperwork to sign and have spouse notarize waiver.
Dragging feet on the notary part, planning to resubmit today via benefit connect.
This takes a lot longer than 3 weeks. Mine was a couple of years ago when I left in 2022. Assuming you are married, you have to fill out all the forms, take them to a notary and have your spouse sign and get it notarized, send them in and then wait and wait. (This is because spouses have automatic rights to a pension, but do not have automatic inheritance rights on rollover IRA so they have to approve giving up rights). I think the whole process was 4 months or so - something like that. But you shouldn't be dipping into that money unless you are already over 59 1/2 anyway, so just wait for it patiently.
Not sure what you mean. If you received your pension as a lump sum into a Fidelity account as a rollover into the 401k and are trying to further roll it into an IRA, it usually takes just 24 hours. Did you talk to the Chevron experts on the phone?
