This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever worked. I wouldn’t recommend working here or even doing business with SF. The dysfunction runs deep. Avoid if you can.

State Farm was a great place to work (my opinion) before MT.
Who are these bootlicking masochists that keep commenting in these threads in support of SF. You people are truly delusional if you think this is a good company to work for, or that the people complaining are just lazy and don’t want to work hard/stay remote. I’ve worked at start ups, large corporate entities in another industry, and mm shops but I’ve never seen anything come even close to the level of disrespect and trash that this company puts their employees through. You’ve had life leave hours taken from you, pensions removed, benefits being cut, forced reassignments, and just an unbelievable level of dysfunction from top to bottom yet you dotards still comment in here in support of this company. Working here is on par with making sandwiches at subway. If you truly think this is a good place to work, then this must have been your only job straight out of school, or you came from a factory assembly line.
It has always been an incompently ran organization and it always be. It was in total chaos long before covid.

I LOVE STATE FARM AND COMING TO WORK EVERY SINGLE DAY
I was in a recent accident where the State Farm insured driver hit my car, totaling it.
Id--ts at State Farm mailed the claim check to their insured, the person who hit me! Talk about incompetence! Someone had one job!
And just wait a little while longer! Just when you think it has hit rock bottom, it will get worse!
