Corporate culture is dead. All surveys point to discontent with employers.

I liked this article because it touches on the fact that CEO have lost touch with reality and want workers to be dedicated to companies just because and how offended they are when workers express themselves honestly in surveys. Unfortunately few people are honest in engagement surveys here because the constant riffs and retaliation for honesty has made it do we lie. I really hope SLT realizes anything reposes they get now are an absolute joke. A former operations SVP was going through results a few years ago and said the bad responses were due to RTO. So basically even if you are honest, leadership can’t be honest with themselves and realize that maybe their leadership style just su-ks. They will just make up a reason that suits them instead of looking into the mirror. They don’t want a partnership with employees, they all want to be dictators.
