This is great news. Hand out the EOI’s. I am so ready to leave this place and plan a future elsewhere. Upper management has drawn this process out entirely too long. The workload for those that stay will be ridiculous with no real benefits in site. Next you can expect cost savings by cutting benefit plans. The staffing cuts will be far beyond the accepted EOI’s.
It’s time to move on with life. At least that’s my personal plan.

Management is incompetent. They can’t turn a profit with the workforce they currently have and now they want to try and do more with less. Haha. Poor souls that remain with the same ole same ole. Blackrock and Vanguard take note.
