Does anyone have any rumours, inklings or info whatsoever around this idea of potential buyouts for mid-career employees?

The writing is on the wall that EM wants to significantly reduce any office presence outside of Houston or low cost GBC's. There are a lot of rumblings of significant reductions in presence in Calgary, perhaps September timing for announcement. That being said, I would expect it to look more like involuntary separations than packaged buyouts. For anyone in Calgary, dust off your resume and start looking ASAP.
