Someone in our industry just reached out to me randomly saying they heard rumors there were more layoffs today. Has anyone else heard anything today?

@a4 customer support and payroll. There were also layoffs in LTD last week.
I ran the public financials & press release of the earnings report through GPT & it says that there will likely be a pretty deep cut through the rest of the year.

It's true! I was laid off a few hours ago. It was stated it was due to low volume. However, when management updated the team they were told it was performance-based and regardless if that claim is true or not, that's fear-mongering your own team!.
