If you want to keep people from coming back into the office, make them wear those city line uniforms some major league teams have to wear talk about ugly. It keeps fans from attending fans games in person. YECKKKKKKKKK!

You have a bean counter in Baby Huey (JF) and two former SF Agents running State Farm. They have let the fox loose in the hen house. These people aren't qualified to run a snow cone stand much less SF. Every single bad decision you see today has the rotten stench of worthless agency written all over it. Slash their benefits, save some money, slash staffing, save some money. They are going to ride SF into the ground with the hub centric, low cost employee and agency model. If they offered a severance package, of any kind, at least 40-50% of the employees would bolt out the door tomorrow. I'm literally embarrassed to tell anyone who I work for. I do not wish SF on my worst enemy.

SF needs to GO BACK and focus on the values that made them #1 rather than driving in the rearview mirror. They need to ask themselves why the windshield is bigger than their rearview mirror.

What would Jake from State Farm Do?

Apparently SF has a lot of money to spend on advertisements during football games. What's the problem?

It is already happening. Memories from the 2015-17 culling. Always have contingency plans because it will probably happen to you. Have your resume updated and don't smoke any of the devil's salad as other potential insurance/financial employers will test you before they hire you. Good Luck everyone!

Coming? It's already here! They are reassigning and moving people all over claims and underwriting mostly against their will. Termed if they do not go! When companies think they are "Lean/Process company" or a technology company they shake the apple tree every 8-10 years. They think it is good for the culture and gets rid of the low hanging fruit that has not bought into their delusional propaganda. That survey tells us they are about to "reshape" just about everything/slash benefits, cut your pay and bring you back into the office even more. It will all be your idea and they go on a greatest hits tour to tell you how lucky you are to be eating organic chocolate brownies with sprinkles, AKA as dog sh-t!

Hopefully it means a lucrative incentive for old timers to retire!
