Alright, listen up — today at the Endless Drama Brigade (EDB), five CSAMs (that’s ‘Customer Service and Mayhem,’ riding the waves of customer success like total pros) just got totally wiped out. One minute they’re hanging ten, the next minute management drops the hammer like Mr. Hand busting a hall monitor.
