With every email, with most leadership interactions and with every company communication they are trying to intimidate everyone with fear. We want you to be afraid for your job every day, we want you to be afraid for you pay everyday, we want the agents to call and abuse you everyday and be afraid of some type of bogus action plan or memo. Be sure to quite quit! Do as little as you can to keep from getting fired, smile and say yes and take that FMLA and STD when you need a break or a reset to the fear tactics. Remember to cancel you policies and do not buy anything from State Farm and tell anyone and everyone you can what kind of sh-t hole this place is.

@hj do you see the non-stop home page links about mental health? I would have to guess a huge portion of STD claims are stress and mental health related.
It's always been run by fear to employees but now fear to the managers as well.
everyone keeps saying take FMLA or STD , other than a legit sickness how are people actually doing this?
