AIP for 2025?

Given the direction of the company and sector as a whole where do you think our AIP will land next year?

@2h2 AIP will be gone and merit will 2% painfully obvious - given the stock price and RIF's - if the AIP stays it will be for Directors and up but that won't be made public - my prediction

United Health Group has gotten rid of their annual bonuses for certain pay grades. The employees that it affected did get a lump sum raise/bonus recently. Per their lay off site….

Does anyone believe that managers divide AIP equally to their team or it is truly based on performance?

Mark Kaye made it seem like AIP targets would be adjusted to be more attainable. Hard to retain talent if you pay it 35% in consecutive years. My guess would be we're closer to 60-70% for next bonus. Health insurance side not doing well, Carelon doing better.

AIP was garbage this past March. Any lower they can keep it and wipe their ar-e with it.

@ct 100% of 0 is still 0. I agree it’s gonna be the worst we have seen in over a decade. AIP was the only thing that kept me wages over other companies. Without a decent AIP there is really no reason to stay here. Merits are pathetic. But I feel anthem knows they all have us over a barrel right now. I guess I’m along for the ride for now. Doesn’t seem like there are any good options unless I’m willing to take a pay cut. Sigh. I think I’ll surf the web instead of work. What’s the point.

@c5 - my interpretation from the Town Hall is that it will be lower than last year. It was stated that due to forecasts, there will be an adjustment to AIP. Seeing that they won't want to give us more money, I am not counting on much.

It should track Gail's. Or hers should track ours. If ours is only 40%, she only gets 40%. There should be a labor law or something to protect that. As it stands, we get 30% and she's fully funded. It's immoral, unethical, and should be illegal.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they did negative AIP and try to take money away from us so they get their bonuses. SLT Leadership is disappointing and morally bankrupt.

AIP will be extremely low..QIP will be fine. It’s crazy that QIP is NEVER affected but AIP is drastically different numbers. Then ELT/SLT salaries/bonuses continues to rise…go figure? Like everything else at Elevance it’s a sc--wy system.

I believe they have communicated the requirements in their own BS way- seems unattainable - and the SLT has no interest in anyone getting anything but themselves - if you remember they reserve the right to change, alter, end it at any time for any reason and they don't have to explain it - what a better time to do it when the job market is challenging - this should have been obvious to everyone who got AIP last year -
