I’m not willing to sell my peace of mind for a title or a bonus, so maybe I’m not built for whatever this version of success is.

They know they can treat us like absolute garbage (and yes it will get worse with worse bonuses and worse hours). Because NO ONE IS HIRING. Not internally. Not private sector. Not federal. Not state. They got their massive tax breaks and there’s zero hiring.
Time to quit, if that's how you feel.
