They need to look at the private labels are doing well and follow them
Frito keeps doing the same things over and over ( gross new flavors, shrinking the bag, raising the price) and hoping for different results. It's getting to the point of being embarrassing.
I genuinely think R&D has missed the mark. If the world is clearly shifting toward a health-conscious mindset, why weren’t we ahead of the curve in removing dyes or reformulating products to reflect that? It’s not just about innovation—it’s about showing the world we care and are paying attention. Too often, R&D seems reactive rather than proactive. Creativity feels boxed in, and that’s a missed opportunity for a company with our reach and brand power.
