Like the E files in the news, the CES files are not released! Release the CES Results so we can see what our fellow employees think and see how bad the view of ELT has become! Release the files!

@OP They can’t. They are a spineless, lying lot. No interest in having their shortcomings exposed from CES results. We need to band together and stop responding to CES in the future.
Even if the CES results are released company wide, the first line managers will deflect their own bad results to blame it on the overall layoff situation. I have already seen this happen. The managers fundamentally believe they play no part in the horrible environment we are currently in.
Get real! The last CES was never intended for release . . . it was intended to reset the baseline for the future. How else do you expect leadership to show a pattern of continuous improvement.
