No one here has mentioned how she bungled Tengiz FGP to the tune of billions of dollars of cost overruns and delays. She should have been fired right then and there, but Corporate is desperate to put a woman in the CEO position, and there's no one else even close. She is so incompetent that MW had to beg to stay on beyond retirement until they can figure out what to do with her.

She treats people like they are not equal to her level and with arrogance. Not a leader, she’s a tyrant

She's an amateur and gets flustered easily. She's out of her element, Lebowski...

I’d suggest starting with her direct reports. None of them seem to be held to any meaningful standards. They're just collecting salaries without delivering measurable results. EMC is no different; a total drain on resources. The team is stacked with DEI hires, and it shows. The mess Payne left behind is staggering. People often say you can judge someone by the legacy they leave. If that's true, then his legacy speaks volumes, and it's nothing short of embarrassing. Safety in a total freefall. Environmental cleanup behind. Oh well, I guess it is now the new standard.

She has not mastered the art of talking with her hands like MW and MN. Tie their arms together and they would have to play the quiet game. With EB I feel like it is a scene of “Braveheart” and she is attempting to inspire the troops. It’s not working!

Most of her town halls in CTC were HEAVILY scripted and it came across like it was the first she was learning this information. Her advisors have learned to gatekeep any bad or complicated news away from her, so she’s never had any real situational awareness.

Listen to the earnings call and her response and you will need no more info to evaluate her competency, a GM level would have done a better job than her.

Those q&as are known prior to the call... so is she that d-mb that she can't memorize prepared answers to thel already known questions?

Look at the Q&As for the latest earnings call. Most of the questions were fielded by MW or MN. She just isn't ready for primetime.

Have you listened to her present? Corporate word salad. I would never play a corporate buzz word drinking game if she is speaking. You will be drunk within a few mins.
