SF is saying the survey is to see what the employees want to HELP RETAIN EMPLOYEES all while FORCING EMPLOYEES OUT. What a crock of sh-t. The survey had stupid a-s questions like would you rather pay higher insurance and have lower pay or higher pay and lower 401 match. Like - which way would you like us to fu-k you over. YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING MANAGEMENT SAYS. ALL LIARS ABOVE TM'S. SM'S BEING FORCED TO LIE TO YOUR FACE.

Funny. I work from home and work my a-s off. They make us miserable too with all the metrics. I get more done at home than I did in the office. Way less interruptions and no one stopping by to chat or ask me questions. Been with the company for 35 miserable years. Never worked harder than I have from home. Hanging on for retirement wishing I didn't spend my career here.
Considering 25% of the company will retire in the next ten years it will be a train wreck. If you can retire now you should. Best decision I made. Now I collect a check for doing nothing. Kind of like all those employees who work from home
Working for State Farm is like going to the doctor for a prostate exam and the doctor tells you everything is ok while you feel both hands on your shoulders and he rubs your neck!
But remember when they give you the results all of this from the survey it will be your idea and based on your feedback! Let the scam continue.....
Here in U/W they are outsourcing what work is remaining to some company in think that is in Africa and India. That will go well...just like the HCL stuff.
