Expect another 3-5 years of staffing reductions at all levels. T-Mobile honestly can’t help themselves! They over hire, absorb more staffing with mergers, build up the hype across all employees, then rewards everyone by announcing surprise layoffs 2-3 per year. Sh-t is ridiculous!

This is hilarious because the TDS NOC has been overloaded with more and more work, fewer people, and burned out for years. But the rich, old family of ancient turtle men kept the towers, which the UScellular NOC took alarms, and fielded calls for tower maintenance/damage reports, etc.
And instead of keeping the UScellular employees to help, TDS just dropped all of those onto their own NOC employees, and sent them to T-Mobile to be part of the non-stop cycle. Corporations care about us all, guys!
Seeing all the nice pictures on LinkedIn from all the folks at US cellular who will likely not have jobs in the span of 6 months. And all the self-flagellation associated with it.
