I have worked for her directly and I know so much of her dysfunction. She allows very poor behavior around her... very weak person
EB is smart and good at what she does but she is not CEO material. Anyone that disagrees with that has not really been around her much. MW and the board messed up the succession plan. And that is the boards’s #1 job.

My viewpoint is not misogyny, she just does not have what it takes to be the CEO. It’s funny you conclude my view is wrong because she is a woman and therefore she deserves to be the CEO. I have heard from a person that works with her she is an arrogant b1tch to work with. Leadership is when you can work with people without making them feel you are superior. People who treat others as subordinate generally lack confidence in themselves and that is why they treat others poorly. This same person told me MW is pleasant and respectful with his support people. Just my viewpoint but EB is a witch

In the past it’s not uncommon to see an ELT member join the 2Q earnings call. Jay Johnson attended in 2020/21/22.
EB is not up to the task of CEO. The board will need an outsider to fill the role if CEO when MW retires.
