Got my final check on the 22nd, along with the vacation payout, but have yet to see the severance.
I’m ready to be done with this place and put it behind me.

I received mine on the Aug 7 pay date. I did AEOI with last day of July 1, signed on July 2.
Any lawsuits for what they did
All the people I know were not given a specific payout date after signing the paperwork. All were just told 2 to 3 pay periods after the 7 day “wait” period after signing.
Those whose last day was July 1st should receive their severance on August 7th or even on August 22nd. It’s around 2 to 3 pay periods. If your last day was July 17th, you will get it by September best case would be end of August. Best to all!
My last day was July 1st. I'm hoping to receive my check on August 7th.

@a5 did someone tell you that date? I also signed the paperwork but wasn't given any date.
I signed my paperwork in early July and was given a payout date of 8/7/25.
