MW Glassdoor rating lower than XOM CEO

MW approval rating by employees on Glassdoor down to 65% vs 66% for XOM CEO DW. Im surprised that 65% still approve of him.

It's sad to see what has happened to a once great company. I recall Chevron being in the top 10 companies to work for on Glassdoor nearly every year. Now Chevron is a company in decline with perpetual organizational chaos. MW's big victory is overpaying for an acquisition that was delayed by 2 years.

“ OP probably has "Analytical Skills" listed as proficient in workday.”

It was a statement of fact not an analysis. Looks like the company henchmen are out in full force. MW sure is sensitive.

“ I doubt a single person has ever not applied to or accepted a job because the CEO is 1% less popular on Glassdoor than a competitor”

Thats a bit of a straw man. The real issue is that over a third of employees do not approve of the CEO. Thats not indicative of a healthy company. Certainly not one that a smart investor would want to trust with their capital.

What matters is his compensation the rest is not anything to worry about.
