Thread regarding Norfolk Southern Corp. layoffs

I am so glad and gratefull for my carman position in rockport yard in cleveland. I cant wait to go to work everyday. my boss is the ideal person to work for. They want to make us inspect cars faster and i am all for it. Only the lazy ones want more time to inspect cars. I think we are over paid already, so if there are pay cuts, I wont complain. I like to let the boss know if I think another carman is not working hard enough, but I tell on people in secret with notes to the boss. In closing I would like to say to other carman, if you dont like it, just hit the road.
