Large numbers of layoff’s to be had in 2026. Nat Gen will be fully incorporated into Allstate Claims. Layoff to include- training department, audit team, CSL’s (due to the low ratio of employees to leader). IT department to be reduced as Allstate has their own IT’ department. It’s coming.

Can confirm that they are trying to reduce CSL headcount substantially. Sr. Delivery Manager is also being assessed. If you’re in claims it’s a good time to assess other options!
Fine by me. Tired all non customer facing deadweight : CSLs who delegate do zero, “project managers”, fluff who produce nothing ignore impact but measure “quality”, token woke engagement nonsense. Dump them all let those us who do something with direct financial impact do it even better minus all the trendy corporate B$.
