@dy your vp/svp is supposed to forward it on. Mine sends every org change announcement out within minutes, within reason. If you didn’t get it it’s because someone wasn’t doing their job.

@ck Exactly. Highly unlikely they can Candy. In fact, rumor has it it'll be the opposite. That is, mandating AI usage and having all devs throughout the entire company enroll in AI Dojo. Won't just be limited to Optum Tech.
Blows my mind that only 32+ got the corporate comms email while the press release was on our investor page... and then the UHG Intelligence Brief has a mention.
Optum spinoff will likely be announced via an IPO.

Dear John,
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about us and what we’ve shared, and this isn’t easy to write. You’ve been a meaningful part of my life, and I’m grateful for the memories and the time we’ve had together.
That said, I feel that we’ve grown in different directions, and holding on isn’t fair to either of us. As hard as it is to say goodbye, I believe it’s the right thing to do — for both of our futures.
Please know that this decision doesn’t erase the respect and care I have for you. I hope with time we both find peace, happiness, and the clarity we need to move forward.
