AES is just there to make it SEEM like senior leaders care. Spoiler alert: most of the current senior cohort don’t care. They are focused only on themselves and how to get that next promotion and bonus.
The troll farms are busy this morning.
DEI and FTE entitlement are the same if you really think about it. Both are rooted in the delusion that the world owes you something just for showing up, even if you haven’t really earned it.
Another thread today on FTE entitlement. This is bigger issue than DEI for Nike.
