They have a significant presence in the Facilities Department and House Keeping are wearing their shirts now, I know they are a commercial real estate company, just seems strange they are here unless they are preparing the property to be sold

The Melbourne Plant may be leased from the airport. Couldn’t sell anyway.

This is part of the integrated facility management program that they are forcing all sites into. Eventually all sites will likely have some form of CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield presence as they see it as a cost savings to leverage buying power with vendors.
