For anyone around ELT, what is their mood around the cratering of employee morale and all the trust that has been lost? The mood is dreadful and productivity is in the toliet. The CES Results were never released so it obvious they were atrocious. What is their thoughts on it all or are they just so out of touch?

If they aren't in the MW/MN clique- highly dissatisfied.
ELT doesn't give a f..k
The ELT doesn't care. They think that they have made the tough decisions to keep the company profitable and will reward themselves nicely. Any employee problems will be glossed over as the masses being disgruntled. I think they believe that AI or Engine can take their places.
MW total compensation for 2024 was $32.7 million so he’s probably feeling OK about things knowing he has wealth that will carry forward for generations in his family.
