Oh, I am miserable here. I stay purely out of spite. My only aim at this point is to get away with malingering, delaying progress, incrementally decreasing quality of output, finding ways to waste corporate resources, etc.
I'll continue until I get that fat severance and I chuckle to myself every day about what I produce vs my total compensation.
Make no mistake. Staying happy.
SVP will get extra awards 10% all these people layoff packages $
At least you are happy here since you have stayed.

I'll have one more for you, going through discovery right now.
The stink is pleased.
They just didn't want to work.

“There was nothing to fix. The needs and job requirements of an at will employer continue to change. It’s never been personal.”
I made it fking personal. You think just because some little millionaire chicken says that it’s just business, nothing personal, that the recipients of his bs believe it? He aimed at real people based on age and the color of their skin. Why no town hall jumping up and down about being a DEI warrior? Because his azz is hiding from his previous antics and statements. Go back and rewatch that pricks town halls if your head is so far in the dung that you can’t remember. Just business. FkYou
“There. I fixed it for you. You left leaning chicken legg bootlicker.”

Getting rid of employees who didn’t want to be held accountable for work is a good business practice. Good riddance!
Getting rid of employees who didn’t want to move out of state is a good business practice to make way for more DEI hires to make our culture colorific.
There. I fixed it for you. You left leaning chicken legg bootlicker.
Success!
That was the point of the policy. In fact, your SVP probably got a bonus tied to how many of his reports left voluntarily.
@a5, Spoken like a true boot li---r.
