Has anyone successfully interacted with Right Smart for career services? Every meeting/training thus far has been rescheduled at the last minute.

For some reason I have 6 months of this service and have received numerous phone calls. I have not started any services as of yet as I’m not ready

I have found it to be very hit or miss. After your time runs out, you will lose access to your coach, resume expert and live webinars But, you will still have access to their online resources.

RightSmart Services seems very busy at the moment with all of the RIFs and layoffs. I wonder if they are hiring.

Beware: joining the initial intro webinar starts the 2-month clock ticking. I did not know this but went to an into session long before I was ready to start the services, based on a previously planned trip and just needing to mentally cleanse the toxic environment.
They sent me so many emails, calls, DM’s and texts almost to the point of annoyance. I finally responded and explained that I had deliberately not answered their calls because I didn’t want to “start” my program. I learned 2 weeks before the end that the welcome program was the start of the clock and so I got in just 2 sessions before my time was up. No one ever said that my time would be up and that my days were counting, so I thought that was poor of them.
On the last day, I was scheduled for my second session and she cancelled last minute. After 2 weeks, I reached out for a schedule update…and she had lost my contact info when my program ended. Poor excuse because we had emails….buy ultimately she had a session and I got great feedback on my resume plus a quick overview of the website which looks good.

I used them, they gave me coaching and an updated resume. The have some great tools for your job search. I am sure they are overwhelmed with layoffs but keep trying!
