Has anyone heard how ELV plans to handle the new CMS regulation on TAT from 14 days to 5 days for acute UM?

@vx: Let’s keep it real. Billions in interest — no. Millions — most certainly.
@dc+1k1e9ewem Delay in payment is a feature not a bug. AI won’t fix it, because speeding up payment will cause the company to loose billions in interest. The loss in revenue will need to be addressed before any real change will happen.
Offshoring will help keep up this facade.
No worries. They will just offshore it like they do everything else
@bk People offshore won’t be able to fix this. They don’t understand the US healthcare system. The only way they fix this is to remove pre authorization altogether. Then AI can do it all.
@b6 Spark is internal do I don’t think matters. Plus when did this company follow its own rules? They just make sh-t up as they go.
Oh dear lord. Good luck with that. They have Riffed everyone who was effective at helping to watch and manage TAT, and was actually able to impact it in a positive way. Do they think Rat is going to swoop in and turn it around?
What surprises me is I thought SPARK wasn’t to be used for PHI
@a3 😂😂😂
These fools think AI can do everything for them and it's going to be fun to watch them learn the hard way.
The current TAT cannot be met now - moving it to 5 won't be doable considering what a hot mess it is currently and has been for yrs. Using AI makes sense - so does changing to 24/7, 7 days wk - its not like they talk to anyone now. Joke
