Does anybody know why the biodiesel shut downs aren't included in wave 2? Why wait till end of the year?

why are we still in b fuels and not 100 %r fuels. followers erode value
The biodiesel plants are closing??? Our local management keeps telling us we are fine and not closing? Sounds like we are getting the run around
