He dodged the question of when he is leaving his current position. Everyone planning to throw a big celebration party on that day. Small mindset mentality can never grow a business. Auf widersen not so canny lad.

As mentioned by @as3+1k1deggx7 its Brocklehurst, under Nindo G.

He thinks he can talk his way out by waffling, but the people on his calls laugh at his lies.

His not even convincing, how he ever became a leader when he has no leadership qualities must have been a back hand decision.

Our paths have never crossed, but this guy’s famous. The problem with DXC is there are no carrots and no sticks. The company has no clue how to reward or recognise its good people, or how to balance salaries within teams so staff actually feel valued and have something to aim for. And just as bad, it has no idea how to deal with the dead weight who contribute next to nothing. They don't like people who speak up and call it out for what it is. But somehow it keeps on going!

@632 I've even worked in the north east and I've never even heard of him so I'm just convinced this lot all fancy him or something.

@a8+1k1deggx7 Brovk is the biggest bhullshitter in DxC, even managed to get his plans through Del boy.

I havent come across anyone who has said a good thing about him. How can you have him as a leader?

I think we all expect to get something for our efforts. A thank you maybe! The natural order of things is that the good rise up and get rewards. The dross fall away and get kicked out. DXC lost all it's good staff, and has so few left it dare not get rid of anyone no matter how bad. Great place if your salary is just about ok. As clearly no effort required to stand still.

They fell short of just dimission the id--t on the grounds of underperformance. You see it doesn't matter what you do or don't do in DXC. He probably doesn't get a pay rise either. Hence the attitude, but equally nothing happens when he doesn't deliver anything but bullsh-t and a miserable workforce.

Make a bloody example of the guy - other managers might start paying attention to their staff, approval ratings and targets. Then working out ways to achieve and improve on all of them!
