Found out some information today that should p-ss you off! Many of the reassignments that have been done over the last few months was targeted at two groups of people. One, those tenured employees with pensions, too much PTO, and higher pay! Two, they reassigned those employees that are providing negative comments in the Peakon and Employee surveys. They say they are anonymous, but they are not. It is why they push participation so much to identifying the trouble makers and are trying to weed them out one survey at a time. Can't sink much lower than that but it is par for the course!

It's been like this ever since they started issuing the employee surveys based on direct supervisor a long time ago. Before the current format they used to even have your name on them, and they would swear it was anonymous. "Welcome Tom! Your feedback is important to your leadership!" they couldn't figure out why they had like a 20% participation rate then the name went away. Anyone with a brain just marks them all 10's and goes about their day. You want to make a statement? Leave the company.
Pretty well known that AI filtering software is dominating most companies hiring and firing practices. Look at our hiring practices at SF, it takes about 15 minutes of being in any hub to see what is going on. 2040-2060 workforce has really "enhanced" the work environment!
@OP Just wear the tinfoil hat while answering the survey questions.
@ck very interesting
They are also using AI to target people who they think has the highest propensity to leave the company. All companies are using AI right now to make most staffing decisions. I had a friend apply to SF,with tons of claim handling experience, and a referral and could not get an interview. Got an immediate rejection. So we tested it... he had his wife apply to State Farm, that had not worked in 10 years, and she got a call in 3 days for an interview. Explains all the cr-p employees we hire. It's all a scam now, just about everything in this world is a total scam.
Exactly! I never complete the surveys, it's a setup.
