I understand this can be a place to state fears and feelings but I am hoping that a Manager in the "know" will leak something....

FFS, that’s a lot of people. Good luck to whoever is remaining, you’re going to have your hands full. AND if benefits are reduced, a recipe for regret.
3,000-3,500 is expected to be the total number of victim tolls globally. Here’s the caveat though that contractors are not usually included in that number.
Even recruiters are getting in on all the fun. They’re the biggest beneficiary of all of this!

What role is security going to play? Cones at the elevators? They now call them the black shirts for a reason. Out the door for you.
Where them EOI’s at?
I’ll speculate that we’ll have 2-4 rounds of layoffs over a year or 2. They want to maximize the misery and minimize productivity.
The news is that there will be major changes (ie, reductions) and you can't know about any of it until they are ready.
Main point is that this dr-g out way too long. This didn't really get kicked into high gear until March, why did we have to start promoting it last November?
@11m 1300 per recent news articles, which is probably accurate since a tip came from the company. Article says "a large number" will be laid off. Remember the 600 is unverified.
@dd I am so ready for an EOI. I prefer the money and run as fast as I can!
@10w how many people in bville right now? Is 600 all of them? I feel bad, i know a lot of good people in Bville.
The Number in Bartlesville is going to be 600. AI is driving all these cuts. They no longer need pencil pushers.
@kz EOI’s haven’t been opened yet. Assuming you are trolling.
@jg meetings have been scheduled with department heads next week to advise of chosen cuts. First EOI’s then names of the departed.
For those of us who are lucky enough to make it through Thanksgiving dinner with some dignity expect RL to scapegoat the Andyman into another tone deaf handwritten letter.
It’ll read somewhere along the lines of “Welcome back and Seasons’ Greetings.” “Careful and thoughtful considerations were made during Black Friday and nobody will be receiving a salary cut.” “Without further ado, only those who have titles that fall below $160K will no longer be considered for equity compensation”. “We will continue to evaluate and monitor the situation and rest assured your well being will always be top priority.”
Enjoy the 15-25% LTI cut for those who were already lowest on the food chain. Because if you’re an industry ‘leader’ and you want to be the best and play with the best you have to follow suit because someone else “did it first”. Just like MRO did to people back in 2021. LTI- the best way to get people in the door and the removal is the quickest way to get them out the door. Competitive Double Edge Sword. Why? Because the Andyman can,
What kind of "meetings?"
Hearing meetings are to be scheduled starting next week with department managers.
It would seem Jamie’s department is due for a significant haircut. Anyone know if this looks to be the case?
@h3 what’s the O/U on how long it takes Bartlesville leadership to email an order not to talk to the media?

My manager has not shared anything with us. Does anyone have any more info??
They are being counselled by mo--ns duh
It's unusual to declare a layoff after a good earnings call. Duh.
They will time announcements as appropriate with the earnings call to maximize shareholder value duh
Take what you see here with a grain of salt and don't come back here complaining if the timeline doesn't match up. We'll hear something soon for sure. But in my opinion next week seems too soon for EOI's and November for cut day seems more likely than October. Just keeping it real! Plus the earnings call is next week. I don't think we'll hear anything until the following week.
EOF Expression Of Frustration. I am sorry for those who remain with this company. You will be overworked.
@dd You just described senior management perfectly. Slow.
@cy
Hearing the same. EOI’s start next week. The floodgates will open with interest. This whole process has been handled very unprofessionally by senior management. Slow on decisions, pathetically slow on execution.
What locations are closing? What are you hearing?
EOIs within a week or two. WARN act in three or four. None of this is “real” confirmed info just rumor mill but I believe it.
Soon. More direct information in August. This will allow 60 day WARN notice for October (4th Qtr) implementation.
Same. My manager updates us every 2 weeks or so. Some relocations Q 1 & 2 2026. Some locations it’s going to be brutal and people are going to be shocked if their location closes or lays off 70-80%
My manager provides our team updates every week. Managers get weekly updates And then mine also has inside info he shares.
