Boycott All CVX Scheduled 2025 Townhalls

Like if you agree, and state reason add why?

Here are some initial examples:

  1. CVX Leadership recommends that we should exclude activities, which don’t add value. How many Townhalls have you attended, and no new or valuable information is provided?
  1. Best thing is not to turn up and don't call in. Let them see how pi---d off you all are. You always turn up hoping to hear real news but always just nothing of interest.

CVX HR / Leadership trying to even up the likes/dislikes!

It's going to be embarrassing when limited people attend the next wave of BS Useless CVX Townhalls!

Sitting all alone with only senior management and the odd br0wn-n0sers attending in person and on-line!

We will all appreciate watching the boycotted town hall recording!

If attendance is light at Townhalls middle management gets blasted. I'm serious. Upper management takes it as a slap in the face and that stuff rolls right downhill.

ag+1k1asqhm4 you've just summed up the majority of ABU 'leadership'. Come in with a coffee, half hour chatting, texts, then usually a quick.meeting, then a 2 to 3 hr meeting, then disappear for lunch, another meeting or meetings, all interspersed with confusion as to why nothing substantial improves in terms of efficiency or morale. Finish with apologies you have to leave early to get the kids because with half a mill a year you don't have time to be organised.
