Why? Because he’s green badge. Engine can have a million green badges but our guy with most seniority and knowledge cannot. So disheartening.

The IT department must have written AI to auto close your ticket because they already know your attitude ;)
When I submit a request to IT, they just close the ticket anyway before anything is resolved. So probably no harm done.

Who is our "senior most tech" resource.... Even our most "distinguished engineers" in IT have delivered nothing. Keep saying "microsoft" a few times in every meeting and act plugged in.
