Some layoffs have started to happen already on business side. Early August biggest changes will start to occur.
A lot of this is straight out of Jeff Simon’s playbook. Look how he managed Cyber, lots of smart, capable people left under his leadership.

Some of these comments here are starting to sound racist bordering on biased against South Asians. It’s worth knowing that many have worked tirelessly, far from their home countries, adapting to a different culture and earning their place through years of dedication and performance. Their promotions are often a result of merit and persistence, not just a shift from earlier DEI efforts focused more narrowly on African American or Latinx representation. I am glad likes of Sailesh, Venkat & others are finally getting recognized.

That was on the cards. They just hired one of Jeff’s friends in India for the GCC, and you guessed it, a former FIS employee. Layoffs are likely coming. My VP already hinted as much-sounds like the push for RTO is partly to make those cuts easier.
