Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

RTO change?

When will we change our RTO policy back to 3 days in office / 2 days at home? Also it looks like our stock is soaring so we need to give EH his flowers. He has done a fabulous job putting Nike back on the map. Its only time until this site will just be positivity. Hopefully no more reorgs or layoffs moving forward.

Seeing the stock price crashing down into the $50s once again, I thought it would be a great time to bring this great prognostic post back up to the top for a good laugh.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I've remained 5 days remote, zero in office all along. Depends on who's got your back, I suppose.

"Soaring"

Nike stock has not been above $83 a share in the entire time that Elliott Hill has been the CEO of Nike. Personally, most of the shares I own are still underwater. Nike stock would have to get into the triple figures before I'd be excited and willing to give him "his flowers."

In terms of RTO, I doubt this company is ever going back towards a more WFH model again unless it absolutely has to (due to a war, pandemic, or other outside catastrophe). EH is old school and wants to see people on the campus, which mirrors PHK's viewpoint.
